Partnering with Mid North Coast Contractors (MNCC), Gossi Park delivered a custom-designed Moreton Shelter with an expansive non-standard 10 x 5m footprint at Woolgoolga Beach. Positioned next to a holiday park, the shelter features insulated roof panels with a smooth underside finish to help reduce heat and provide generous shade for visitors. To ensure durability in the coastal environment, we selected a powder-coated Woodland Grey frame to meet Coffs Harbour City Council’s standards for long-term performance. Front and back vertical slatted screens in a light oak finish are an added aesthetic feature to match the surrounding landscape. 

We complemented the shelter with two 1.8m Sands Table settings, tailoring the style and aluminium finish to match, creating a cohesive look. Built for demanding public environments, the Table setting’s robust construction requires minimal maintenance with easy graffiti removal, while continuing to withstand coastal conditions. Together, the shelter and seating create a practical, inviting space for passersby to relax and enjoy the ocean views. 

This project is a clear example of how Gossi Park’s standard products can be adapted to meet specific site needs while maintaining cost-effective delivery.
